Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • You will need to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) to process your return.


Return Process

Return Authorization: Once we approve your return, we will send you a return authorization and instructions.

Ship the Item: Please ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.


Damaged or Defective Items

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at zeyamanager@gmail.com.
